Award-winning singer Davido has accused security personnel at Hi Ibiza nightclub of attempting to kill him and his team during an altercation on Saturday night.
The singer, currently on vacation in Ibiza with his manager, Asa Asika and close associate Cubana Chiefpriest, shared on his social media images of the security staff involved, alleging a violent confrontation.
He wrote: “@Hiibizaofficial security just tried to kill me and my team!!! All of yall goin down!!” and vowed that “justice must be served.”

As of press time, neither Hi Ibiza nor Spanish authorities have released an official statement, while the details surrounding the alleged incident remain unclear.
Davido and his entourage, the 30BG crew — including socialite Cubana Chief Priest — have been in Ibiza, Spain, over the past few days. They are there to attend the grand finale of his manager Asa Asika’s wedding celebrations.
According to reports, the singer and his team are believed to have visited a nightclub last night as part of the post-wedding festivities. However, events took a violent turn when a clash broke out, prompting widespread discussion on social media.
Earlier this month, Davido was involved in a chaotic incident in Nigeria when an overenthusiastic fan ran up and grabbed hold of his leg, nearly pulling the singer to the ground. Security personnel intervened swiftly, escorting Davido to safety and removing the fan from the scene.

The incident occurred while Davido was out at a shopping centre with his first daughter, Imade, and her friend.
The fan later posted a video online in which he apologised to Davido, saying, “I meant no harm. Please help me beg Baba Imade…”
