The Edo state House of Assembly has impeached the embattled deputy governor of the state, Philip Shaibu.
Meanwhile Edo state Governor, Godwin Obaseki has picked Omobayo Marvellous Godwins, 38 as the deputy governor
Born in July, 1986, Godwin is a graduate of Electrical Electronic Engineering and has 12 years of experience.
The new deputy governor who hails from Ako-Edo local government of the state is not a known politician.
Also much has not been heard about him until he is picked as Shaibu’s replacement.
He is currently being sworn in by governor Obaseki at the government house.
