The Independent Investigative Panel on Human Rights Violations by the Defunct Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) and other Units of the Nigerian Police Force sitting in Abuja has ordered Nigeria Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) to produce suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police, DCP Abba Kyari before the panel on March 22.
The Panel gave the order following the inability of the counsel of Police to provide information about three Nigerians that were alleged missing when Abba Kyari was in charge of the of the Inspector General of Police Intelligence Response Team (IGP-IRT).
Representative of the Chairman of the Panel,Mr Martin Aikpopo said the presence of Abba Kyari before the panel will avail information regarding the missing persons.
