The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has said that All Permanent Voters’ Cards (PVCs) issued by INEC do not have an expiry date.
Therefore, all registered Voters with PVCs (issued by INEC) can vote in all elections organised by the Commission, including the 2023 General Election.
