2023 Polls: Don’t leave APC after primary election – Adamu pleads with aspirants

Abdullahi Adamu, National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has urged candidates not to abandon the ruling party following the primary election.

He promised a level playing field to all contenders contending for various positions on the party’s program.

The APC National Chairman made the request on Sunday in Keffi Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, during a valedictory session organized by stakeholders of the ruling party in the State’s Western Senatorial Zone.

Ibrahim Abdullahi, Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, represented Adamu at the occasion.

He advised candidates to accept the results of the next primaries in good faith.

He said, “I want to assure everyone of you that the party will provide a level playing field for all aspirants vying for various positions during the forthcoming APC primaries.

“I also want to appeal to all aspirants to accept the results of the primary elections in good faith and not to leave the party.

“I assure you all that there would be a reward for every loyal party member.”
