Femi Fani-Kayode, a former Minister of Aviation, has taunted the main opposition party, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), saying unlike them, members of the National Working Committee (NWC) will not revolt against it.

This is despite the confusion within the ranks of the All Progressives Congress (APC), following a protest letter written by its National Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu, to its presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, regarding the composition of its Presidential Campaign Council (PCC).

Fani-Kayode, a chieftain of the ruling APC in Abuja, who is Tinubu’s Director of New Media, also vowed that his principal will win the 2023 presidential election.

This newspaper recalls that the crisis rocking the PDP took a new twist on Thursday as no fewer than five members of the NWC returned N151 million paid to them as a two-year housing allowance.

They claimed that they decided to return the funds following a report in a national daily that monies were disbursed to silence NWC members over the alleged misappropriation of N15 billion belonging to the party.

“Five will not boycott, five will not leave, and many that are party leaders will not boycott our inauguration.

“Bola Ahmed Tinubu will be sworn in as president of Nigeria come 2023. And when that happens, you’ll see that he is in good health and will run the affairs of this country well,” Fani-Kayode said in a video posted on his verified Twitter handle.
