Video: Davido releases visuals for ‘Na Money’

GRAMMY nominated King of Afrobeats, Davido, extends his reign releasing new visuals for “NA MONEY” (ft. The Cavemen. & Angelique Kidjo) his third hit single off the 2023 record breaking album “Timeless”.

Shot on location in Paris, the “NA MONEY” cinematic visuals opulently showcase Davido entertaining friends and family at a majestic chateau and features stand out performances by Nigerian rising duo The Cavemen and Grammy winning African icon, Angelique Kidjo.

Today’s release represents just another yearly highlight for the GRAMMY® nominated Nigerian superstar, in what has been an incredible year. Beginning with his early 2023 release of his fourth studio album “Timeless”, Davido has continued to smash records and dominate the charts with genre leading achievements including: “Timeless” holding the prestigious title of being the biggest African album in Apple Music history, dominating Apple Music’s Global Daily Top 100 with a groundbreaking nine simultaneous African songs. “Timeless” also reached an extraordinary #2 position on Apple Music’s US Albums chart, making it the highest-charting African album to date.

Davido’s success in 2023 wasn’t limited exclusively to the charts, the multi-platinum artist recently announced extending his 2023 sold out “Timeless” tour into 2024 with a live performance at the legendary Madison Square Garden on April 14, 2023, in addition to his massive arena show taking place at The O2, London on Sunday, January 28, 2024. Both of which follow the ground-breaking sold-out A.W.A.Y Festival which took place at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena on November 18, 2023.

In 2023 Davido has cemented his position as a global force within music. Often called “The King of Afrobeats”, the American born, Nigerian raised icon has amassed over +5 billion streams and over +1.2 billion video views across his 12-year career. The most followed Afrobeat artist across social media, Davido has been a forerunner in connecting the world to Afrobeats.

Earlier this year Davido became the first African artist to top itunes Album Chart with the release of his +1B streaming and world acclaimed 4th studio album “Timeless” garnering three Grammy nominations including Global Music Album of the Year for “Timeless”, Global Music Performance for “Feel” and Best African Musical Performance for the hit smash “Unavailable”.

Davido’s 2023 hot streak also includes U.S and International sold-out tours, “Timeless’” record breaking streaming numbers, and Tik Tok leadership with over +100M videos to his “Unavailable” dance challenge, as well as countless television and media appearances including, the cover of Forbes Magazine, The Tonight Show, Live with Jimmy Kimmel, The Daily Show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, Jennifer Hudson, and Apple’s Zane Lowe among others.
