Olukayode Fayemi, the governor of Ekiti State, is slated to announce the presidency in 2023 on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, in Ado-Ekiti.

Hon. Akin Oyebode, the state Commissioner for Finance and Economic Development, proposed this in a video tweet via his Twitter handle on Tuesday.

Fayemi announced his Nigeria plan ahead of the 2023 general election in a one-minute video shared by Oyebode.

He said, “the Nigeria of our dream is possible, a Nigeria that is the pride and joy of all, among others.”

With his presidential plans for 2023 now confirmed, the number of APC presidential hopefuls in Fayemi’s southwest has become even longer.
